Ripples

The Interconnectedness Weaving Through All of Existence

All that exists is a metaphor;
Mirrors of a deeper Truth, 
Reflections of Divine Reality.

We perceive the ocean 
As it is;
A place to go, 
A place of mysteries 
And unfathomable depth. 

And yet, 
This dry land is also an ocean. 

In the ocean, 
All things are connected by water;
Currents and ripples,
Tangible movements,
Understandable effects of 
The creatures and energies 
Of the sea. 

The ocean reflects 
What we cannot see on land, 
But it is the same. 

As above, so below. 

When I walk through the forest, 
I create a ripple through 
The etheric water of the atmosphere, 
Through the energy 
That is existence itself; 
That is Life-Force connecting 
And fueling all that is—

The air, the trees, the sky, 
The earth beneath our feet, 
And everything in between. 

Though we (usually) cannot perceive it
With our five senses, 
We cast a ripple through 
This living, energetic field
Wherever we go, 
At all moments of the day. 

What energy are you sending out? 

I wish to walk through the world 
Sending out ripples of love, 
So all beings and all things
May feel ripples of love wash over them, 
Not just by me, 
But the Divine Love
That moves through me. 

Our thoughts make ripples;
Our emotions make ripples;
Our energy makes ripples. 

I am not just I;
You are not just you. 

We are all connected, 
Influencing and affecting each other. 

The plants, the trees, the animals, 
These beings can feel our ripples,
Most of the time, 
Better than our human perception can. 

What energy are you sending to the land? 

This isn’t to say you cannot feel or release 
Emotions such as anger, sadness, or grief. 
But rather, 
To be aware that these energies 
Are rippling off.
 
And to say a prayer to Great Mother; 
The Weaver;
The Life Force that is all around us, 
Within us, 
And within all things, 
To alchemize your energy 
Into life-giving love. 

May all beings awaken 
To the love within them; 
May they walk through the world 
Sending out ripples of love.
